Contract scope
A national framework agreement for the supply of Record Storage & Delivery Service for use by all local authorities and public sector bodies. To provide off-site storage and delivery services for authority records to and from various facilities as and when required.

How to proceed
1) Download a version of the Pro5 contract schedule or user guide which includes contact details of the awarded supplier and product/pricing information where individually specified.
2) Contact the supplier directly and place your order, quoting the Pro5
contract number, obtaining written confirmation of the delivered price to
your location.
3) If there are any queries or if further information is required, contact the Pro5 member named on the document for assistance.
Always quote the Pro5 contract number when dealing direct with suppliers
