Contract scope
A framework agreement for the supply of biomass. Biomass is the plant material, vegetation, or agricultural waste used as a fuel or energy source which is supplied in the form of pellet or chips. This framework agreement has been established through a collaborative procurement exercise undertaken by the public sector buying consortia comprising the Pro5 Group.
